Add multi-room audio functionality to your speakers with the Denon HEOS Amp Series 2 Wireless Amplifier. This amplifier connects to a pair of stereo speakers and a subwoofer, delivering up to 100W per channel thanks to its Class-D amp and is capable of driving speakers rated down to 4 Ohms. It connects to your home network via Ethernet and 802.11ac Wi-Fi, mobile devices via Bluetooth and a 3.5mm stereo jack, digital sources via optical, and legacy devices via RCA. A USB port lets you connect a thumb drive or charge your mobile device. The Amp is controlled via a free app for Android and iOS or via the volume and mute controls on the side panel. The app also lets you play tracks from your smartphone or streaming sources with high-resolution audio support. The HEOS Amp can also be voice-controlled via your Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri, or Josh.ai ecosystem.

Alexa Voice Command

Ask Alexa to play music from Pandora, Spotify, Amazon Music, and much more. Switch between inputs, turn volume up or down, pause, mute and play the next song, all with your voice. To start streaming with Alexa voice commands, the HEOS Home Entertainment skill must be added and activated via the Alexa app.

Google Assistant Voice Control

Ask your Google Assistant-enabled device to control content across your listening environment. Start music in the HEOS app, then ask your Google Assistant to control volume, playback, and more.

AirPlay 2 with Siri Compatibility

Stream audio from your favorite music services like Apple Music and Spotify, or watch videos from services like YouTube and Netflix from any compatible iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV device, and hear the audio synced to your sources. AirPlay 2 also supports multi-room audio, enabling you to wirelessly stream content to multiple AirPlay 2-compatible devices simultaneously with smooth playback. AirPlay 2 provides control and grouping of compatible devices within the Apple Music or Home apps. Use AirPlay 2 in-app or with your voice via SiriWireless Amplifier: The HEOS Amp (HS2) is designed to add HEOS multiroom audio functionality to a pair of stereo speakers. Featuring advanced Class D amplification, the HEOS Amp (HS2) delivers 100 watts of power per channel (70W +70W into 8Ω at 20Hz-20kHz with 0.05% THD), with low distortion and high current capability that provides reliable and stable operation with lower impedance speakers, including 4-ohms models. In addition to the stereo speaker outputs (binding-posts), the HEOS Amp (HS2) features a mono-RCA sub output for connection to a powered subwoofer.

Wired or Wireless Network Connectivity: The HEOS system uses your home’s wireless (WiFi) network for whole-house audio entertainment. The HEOS Amp (HS2) can connect to your home’s network via Ethernet (RJ-45) or WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac). At least a dual-band (2.4/5GHZ) “N” router is recommended for the most reliable wireless network connection.
